These scholarships are designed to support students who are pursuing research in cooperative studies.

Alexander Fraser Laidlaw Fellowship (For Graduate students only)
- Named after Dr. Alexander Fraser Laidlaw, a pioneer in Canadian cooperative studies.
- Awarded to a graduate student conducting research related to co-operatives.

Amy and Tim Dauphinee Scholarship (Graduate students only)
- Established in honour of Amy and Tim Dauphinee, dedicated cooperative activists and researchers.
- Supports graduate students whose research aligns with co-operative principles and development.

Lemaire Co-operative Studies Award (Undergraduate and Graduate students)
- Open to students at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
- This award is to encourage research that explores the significance and impact of co-operatives.

Who is eligible for these scholarships?
To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Be currently studying at a Canadian university or university-equivalent college, regardless of citizenship.
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident studying at such institutions outside Canada.
Additionally, applicants must be actively conducting research or planning to do so within one calendar year.

- A list of academic awards, distinctions, and scholarships (if applicable).
- Two letters of reference – at least one must be an academic reference.
- An outline of your research project.
